Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Any tour cancellation is subject to following charges :-

• Non refundblae deposit is forfeited.
• Before 60 days 75% refund of ground services
• Before 45 days 50% refund of ground services
• Before 30 days 25% refund of ground services

2. Airline refunds completely depends upon airline policies.

3. Certain hotels may have 100% cancellation or 50% cancellation charges applicable.

• The same will be applicable for all bookings made with those hotels

4. Air tickets are subjected to following polices :-

• Non refundable fares are completely forfeited in case of cancellaiton.
• Refundable fares are eligible for refunds based on the airlines policy

5. Once full payment is transferred to hotels, domestic suppliers and overseas suppliers, any cancellation will be based on their policies only. We do not have any control over it. However, We will try and assist you with possible refunds. If any.
